Ms. M. Premalatha, M.A., PGDTP, M.Phil., is a dedicated academician and English language educator with over 15 years of experience in higher education. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of English at K. Ramakrishnan College of Engineering. Her expertise includes Technical and Communicative English, ELT, Soft Skills, Spoken English, and Vocabulary Development. A learner-centred teacher and mentor, she has contributed to student development, employability, and professional communication. She has also served as a Trainer for Infosys Campus Connect and the Business English Certificate (BEC) Programme. Her research interests include English Language Teaching, Communication Skills, Soft Skills Training, Vocabulary Development, and innovative teaching methodologies.
