We offer publishing and writing assistance, SMART WORLD smart cards and AI assistant plans, software and digital subscriptions (including LLUMINE AI Publisher Studio), tuition and life-skills programmes, consultations, and physical products such as gifts and catalogue items. Each product page or quote describes what is included.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page or in a written quote. Taxes are applied as required by law. Payment is collected through a secure payment partner; we never store your full card or UPI details.

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. We may decline or cancel an order if a price was displayed in error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of information you submit, including manuscripts, profile content and contact details.

You keep ownership of manuscripts, photos and profile content you provide. You grant us permission to use them only to deliver the service you ordered. You confirm you have the right to share that content and that it is lawful. We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes others' rights.

Smart card AI assistants answer from approved business information. Answers are informational and may occasionally be incomplete; please confirm important details with our team. Features that depend on third-party services are activated only once those services are connected.

LLUMINE AI Publisher Studio (desktop and web) is licensed per account. It is not sold. Your licence lets you use the studio on the number of computers your plan allows.

• Author and Professional plans are for the subscriber's own books. Producing books, résumés or certificates for clients needs the Publisher or Institution plan.
• Fair-use limits on exports, books, AI requests and computers are shown in your account. We may change them with 30 days' notice.
• Sharing a licence key beyond your computer limit, or getting around the limits, may lead to suspension of the licence.
• Trial exports carry a small "Made with LLUMINE AI Publisher Studio" line and are not for sale.
• You own the content you create with the studio.

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
