• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, address.
• Account and order details: login email, orders, invoices, payment status.
• Content you submit: manuscripts, author details, photos, smart card profiles, Q&A, feedback.
• Conversations with smart card AI assistants, and appointment requests you choose to make.
• Basic technical data such as device and browser type, used for security and performance.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We receive only the payment status and reference — never your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

• To deliver the products and services you order, and to send invoices and updates.
• To answer enquiries and arrange appointments you request.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers needed to run our business (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, couriers), under confidentiality, or when required by law.

AI assistant chat records are kept for up to 60 days. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required by law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls. Private uploads are not publicly accessible.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
